It was great to connect with you again yesterday at Barefoot Yoga. Thanks for doing some qi gong with me.
Letting go of the fear of making mistakes and looking uncoordinated in doing tai chi is quite a hurdle for some of my students. Thanks to your good advice, I have a couple new tools to help them.
Also, were you aware that tai chi Grand Master T.T. Liang, who lived to be over 100, saw to it that each of his students had at least one long, hearty laugh during each class. He was quite a joker. He understood it was a part of being healthy and strong.
Intentions for the sale of your condo are coming your way!
