Steve Wilson developed these in order to keep the good-feeling achieved from laughter exercises, lasting through the week!

Principles of Good-Hearted Living:

MONDAY – COMPLIMENTS – ‘A kind word often goes unspoken, but never goes unheard.’

TUESDAY – FLEXIBILITY
– ‘The tree that bends in the wind, does not break.’

WEDNESDAY – GRATITUDE – ‘Keep your eye upon the donut, and not upon the hole.’

THURSDAY – KINDNESS – ‘Think of ways to make the other person’s life a little easier.’

FRIDAY – FORGIVENESS - ‘I never hold a grudge, because while I’m being angry, the other guy is out dancing – Buddy Hacket.’

WEEKENDS – FUN! REFUEL! (and, chocolate – if you must ;o) ) – ‘Take time for leisure, pleasure and relaxation.’
