Here is a HEALTHY TOOL to give you a TRIGGER to remind you to pause, giggle, laugh, or just think of something silly throughout the day!

I developed HA HA HELEN OF LAFOLOT’S ‘TIME TO LAUGH’ system.

Did you ever notice that numbers on a digital clock can look like letters or alpha characters? Some, like 1, 6, or 9 can look like the lower-case letter L, upper-case G, or lower-case g. Then, if you turn the digital display UPSIDE DOWN and read left to right, you can see MORE letters and words! 7=L, 5=S, 4=h, etc.

Here are examples of how you can start your day, take a break during your day and take TIME TO LAUGH, or DRIVE YOURSELF HAPPY by looking at digital clocks during the day! UPSIDE DOWN AND BACKWARDS on a Digital Display! Hey!
